What do I need to offer you to arrange the 3D design?
To start the design, we will need to get the shop floor plan with detail dimensions, shop photos, ceiling high, your shop logo, and then your design request.
What is your delivery time ?
It’ll take time to make the shop design, then confirm order, production and shipment, the whole process usually takes about at least 2.5 month.
How to do if anything broken during shipment?
We ensure our wooden box packaging is strong, featuring solid construction, reinforced corners, and secure fastening. We also recommend purchasing transportation insurance for added protection.
How to connect power to those display furniture?
We will install wires and outlet on each display furniture , and send you Circuit wiring diagram, you will need to hire a professional electrician connect power of display furniture to the store electric box
How to install those display furniture?
We will assemble in factory , pack one whole unit into one wooden box , when you receive , just need to take it out from wooden box and put into store
Do you provide after-sales service ?
